Sam Hem is a proven leader and lifelong advocate for working families. Now, he’s stepping up
to support a stronger, safer, and more affordable Everett—where everyone has a seat at the table.
I’m Sam Hem, and I’m running for Everett City Council, this city matters to me — and so do the people in it.
For over two decades, I’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with working families — supporting fair wages, building career pathways, and fighting for real results that lift people up. My work has always been about action, not titles — showing up, listening, and getting things done.
Five years ago, I made Everett my home. My wife Jennifer and I have a blended family of young adults, many serving our community through the trades, nonprofits, and public safety. Like so many of you, we believe in hard work, second chances, and neighbors looking out for each other.
I’m someone who leads by doing — I believe Everett needs leadership that reflects its grit, its heart, and its hope. Let’s build safer neighborhoods, protect housing access, and create opportunity for all.
Vote Sam Hem
